Description

• Cultivate strategic relationships with external organizations in the AEC industry. • Identify partnership opportunities for potential new clients in the AEC market. • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders for mutual benefit. • Negotiate partnerships and effectively communicate Stambaugh Ness' value proposition. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies and initiatives. • Monitor and report on partnership performance with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field • Proven experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, industry associations, especially within the AEC or accounting industries • Deep understanding of the AEC landscape & have a strong network and established relationships within ACEC or AIA • Advanced communication and negotiation skills • Ability to establish rapport and credibility internally and externally • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make decisions informed by data • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proficiency in CRM disciplines/software
