Description

β€’ Responsible for driving increased sales, persistency, profitability and recruiting goals for assigned agencies and/or territory. β€’ Work to achieve assigned sales goals and implement sales strategies to establish productive and long-term working relationships with Managing General Agencies (MGAs). β€’ Execute on strategic plans developed under the leadership of the Regional Director, including broker training and use of sales analytics. β€’ Partner with Regional Director and other Regional Sales Representatives to devise customized sales and marketing strategies to uncover new potential MGA partners & strengthen relationships with existing MGAs. β€’ Identify new sales opportunities, make cold/warm calls, and provide initial company/product information to prospective MGA partners.

Requirements

β€’ Prior Individual disability insurance (IDI) sales experience, preferably both fully underwritten and guaranteed standard issues (GSI). β€’ Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint required. β€’ Must be more proficient at data and technology to analyze data and identify sales trends. β€’ Ability to work remotely is a requirement of the role. β€’ Ability to travel 5% annually is a requirement of the role.
