📋 Description

• Help build relationships with and support clients • Liaise between clients, court-reporters, and internal teams • Manage high priority requests and ensure client satisfaction • Conduct retention and churn analysis to optimize client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven Account Management or Customer Success experience within the legal services industry • Experienced in fostering strong client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at various organizational levels • Proficient with technology and cloud-based applications (Google Workspace and Slack beneficial) • Quick learner comfortable with new systems and processes • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills • Effective prioritization and good time management skills • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving capabilities • Flexible and organized when dealing with ambiguity
