Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. β€’ Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager is desirable. β€’ Experience in Project Management and Change Management. β€’ Leadership and Team Building Skills. β€’ Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills. β€’ Innovative Critical thinking, problem solving abilities. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 20%. β€’ Willingness to work alternate schedules, as required.
