Description

•Sunnova is an adaptive energy services company making clean energy accessible, reliable, and affordable. •The Supervisor, Solar Account Management oversees project pipeline between originators and installers. •This role meets installation and revenue targets and enhances operational efficiency. •You will lead a team and optimize workflows to streamline project completion.

Requirements

•5+ years' experience in sales, account management, or related role •5+ years solar PV and storage adaptive home technology solutions •Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance. •Strong understanding of solar energy industry and sales processes •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills •Proficiency in project management and CRM tools •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. •Strong computer skills; including Microsoft, Office Suite •2+ years of routine use of Excel for analysis and graphically communicating insights regarding data. •2+ years’ Salesforce software experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment •Knowledge of solar industry regulations and compliance requirements •Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
