Description

•Prescott's, Inc is a leading medical device company focused on the distribution and refurbishment of multiple types of medical devices including surgical microscopes, pumps, monitors, sterilizers and anesthesia machines. •We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Service Manager to join our team. •In this pivotal role, you will oversee both sales and service operations of sterilizers within your assigned territory. •Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, perform equipment inspections and repairs, and achieve sales targets. •This role provides an attractive base salary of $65,000 along with unlimited commission opportunities. •Our commission structure is designed to reward you for the number of equipment sales, service contracts and repairs you complete; the more you accomplish, the higher your earnings.

Requirements

•A minimum of as High School Diploma or GED. •1-3+ years of experience in medical device sales and service, with a proven track record of success. •Strong technical acumen and familiarity with medical equipment- primarily sterilizers. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. •Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. •Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. •Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage time effectively. •Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision •Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. •Valid driver's license and clean driving record. •Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. •Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 40 pounds).
