Description

• Prescott's, Inc is a leading medical device company specializing in the distribution and refurbishment of surgical microscopes. • You will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in Houston, Texas. • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products and services, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. • You will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals. • Set meetings and appointments with decision makers, educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services, and provide outstanding customer service. • Respond to multiple service calls per week and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or GED required; or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferred • Minimum 0-2+ years of experience in medical device sales or related field. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems preferred. • Strong communication, interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of a team. • Familiarity with surgical microscopes and related equipment is a plus. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds comfortably. • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Familiar with using diagnostic tools and software. • Willingness and ability to travel • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
