Description
• Swingtech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for an existing DoD Contract. • The BA will be responsible for compiling customer requirements, managing the efforts of the development team and maintaining high customer satisfaction through high touch customer support.
Requirements
• 5 plus years’ experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • Active Secret clearance • Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management • Have Agile project management experience or a high degree of familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Be familiar with project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Jira. • Have a high degree of attention to detail. • Have experience providing customer support. • Have strong written and oral communication skills. • Have a strong sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Be able to facilitate requirements meetings and software demonstrations. • Experience with stakeholder engagement and facilitation
