Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth in the US • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and timely tracking of sales activities and customer interactions • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective customers • Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and maximize revenue • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the medical devices or imaging software industry • Deep understanding of the US healthcare market, with a strong network of contacts in the nuclear medicine and molecular imaging space • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; advanced degree in Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, or Medical Physics is a plus • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex customer challenges • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools • Moderate travel
