• This is a remote position. • About SyncEzy SyncEzy is a growing B2B SaaS integration company specializing in the Construction, Trades, and Service Industries (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, etc.). • We work with leading software like Procore, Autodesk, Dropbox, Asana, QuickBooks, Simpro, SharePoint, and Office 365. • We are a bootstrapped, independent Australian company that values stability and long-term success. • Operating 100% remotely for 7 years long before it became the norm, we have a global team across many countries and a flat, easy-going work culture. • Sell SyncEzy software integrations to construction companies. • Follow up on leads via email, phone, and CRM. • Engage with potential clients across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls to schedule and conduct software demos. • Manage the sales process from inquiry to closure. • Track all activities in Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk. • Represent SyncEzy at industry trade shows and networking events (virtually or in person).
• 2+ years in B2B sales (SaaS/software preferred). • Experience with remote product demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams. • Self-motivated & disciplined – remote work requires ownership and accountability. • A quiet workspace with a plain background and high-speed internet (100/50 Mbps min). • Understanding of construction/trade services is a plus. • Experience with Procore, Autodesk, Simpro, TSheets, or similar software is highly valued. • Tech-savvy and familiar with Office 365, SharePoint, GDrive, and Dropbox.
