Requirements

• 2-4 years of sales experience, including prospecting, lead generation, and direct sales • Familiarity with the FinTech, banking, or technology industries • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and lead generation tools • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and build relationships • Exceptional ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences • Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward action • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently while also being a collaborative team player • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
