Description

• Responsible for expanding Systemair’s reach and revenues within a specific geographical area. • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve BD targets. • Maintain a deep knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. • Identify potential customers and develop relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals. • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs. • Report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth results. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and materials specific to the territory. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new business leads.

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in a sales representative or business development role, HVAC industry preferred. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • High level of autonomy and self-motivation. • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365. • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
