β€’ Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans β€’ Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts β€’ Understanding customer trends and building relationships β€’ Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations β€’ Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Requirements

β€’ Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets β€’ Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director β€’ Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level β€’ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close β€’ Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills β€’ Willingness to work in a high-growth startup environment β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent β€’ Experience using sales operations tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce β€’ Experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferred) β€’ Experience in sales related to the architecture, engineering, construction and/or real estate industries (preferred)
