📋 Description
• Develop scalable enablement resources that help Sales, Customer Success, and Partners effectively articulate and implement CMMI solutions. • Partner with the sales team to apply customer and market insights, ensuring CMMI solutions align with business objectives. • Translate customer insights and enablement strategies into tailored pre-sale proposals and post-sale implementation guidance. • Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring they accurately reflect customer requirements and how CMMI can address their specific needs. • Create clear, concise technical documentation, user guides, and case studies that explain the CMMI framework’s processes, stages, and benefits. • Provide valuable insights and feedback from market-facing teams and customers to inform product development. • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new developments in quality management. • Collaborate with Sales and Models and Frameworks team to define and track KPIs for adoption, effectiveness, and impact of CMMI solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in sales enablement, product management, or sales engineering with exposure to quality management frameworks. • Knowledge of quality management principle(s) (e.g., CMMI, Six Sigma, ISO standards). • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. • Willingness to attain a CMMI professional certification within 9-12 months of starting the role. • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (domestic and international).
