📋 Description

• Responsible for the development, management, and growth of the Enterprise Direct Training business line. • Lead the entire sales process for prospects and existing customers through the establishment and management of relationships with strategic accounts. • Achieve revenue targets through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing Enterprise client relationships in new markets (i.e., Latin America and Canada). • Ensure exemplary customer support and service resulting in high customer retention. • Maintain complete, accurate, timely and consistent CRM system (Customer Relationship Management). • Coordinate and engage with all internal resources, including marketing, legal (contracts), and service/fulfillment to meet sales objectives. • Be the voice of the customer to product, customer service, technology, and marketing to help inform strategy to improve the overall customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline from an accredited university • Proven/Documented success acquiring new customers • Relationship Management experience of Large Global accounts for an association and/or company • Leading sales support staff • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Track record of exceeding sales targets and performance at top 10% of peers • MBA or MS degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline from an accredited university (preferred) • 10 years of enterprise sales executive experience (preferred) • Experience selling training solutions to the C-Suite (preferred) • Professional Association/volunteer engagement (preferred) • Non-profit Global experience (preferred) • Multilingual (Spanish speaking) (preferred) • Knowledge of ISACA’s products/services and its commitment to its Purpose and Promise (preferred)
