β€’ Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sr. Account Executive to join our rapidly growing, collaborative and diverse team. β€’ The Sr. Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition. β€’ Ensure that our mission remains at the forefront of all sales initiatives. β€’ This role reports to the VP of Sales and has an excellent opportunity for advancement. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new revenue growth. β€’ Acquire new clients and build/maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. β€’ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and achieve sales targets. β€’ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders. β€’ Track and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales metrics and revenue forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. β€’ A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet maintenance industry. β€’ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong motivation and ability to work independently. β€’ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities. β€’ Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
