Description

β€’ Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, cold email, networking, and social media. β€’ Meet prospects and present the recruitment solutions (permanent placement or staffing). β€’ Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients. β€’ Expand to ensure long-term partnerships. β€’ Pitch candidates to clients and get feedback. β€’ Provide feedback to the recruiters to find better candidates. β€’ Assist the placement of a candidate all steps of the way.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the software development industry. β€’ Strong network within the US, Germany, Austria, and UK markets. β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for closing high-value deals. β€’ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Willingness to work on a commission-only basis, with the potential for high earnings.
