• Develop and implement marketing initiatives across Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams. • Set, track, and report on marketing team goals that align with company growth objectives. • Oversee and manage the Marketing department's monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns. • Design and lead branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness. • Ensure consistent and powerful brand messaging across all channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials. • Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, including acquisitions, pricing adjustments, and new product developments. • Work closely with the executive team, sales and other cross-functional teams to boost brand awareness and accelerate pipeline generation. • Travel will be required for attending trade shows and conferences. • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience as a marketing leader in growth stage startups in the Cloud Infrastructure/Cloud Security/MDR space. • Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing programs that drive growth and brand awareness in the cybersecurity space. • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to set and prioritize goals effectively. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing strategies around company objectives. • Cybersecurity industry experience is a must, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics. • BA/ MBA / BSc / MSc in Marketing, Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field. • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and expertise in Google AdWords. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
