• TaskHuman is organizing the world’s human expertise, making coaching in 1000+ skills instantly accessible. • Looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to focus on the needs of current clients. • Drive revenue-related opportunities, such as upsell and cross-sell campaigns, renewals, and creating resources to delight buyers. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to develop and execute client retention campaigns. • Create marketing programs that support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts. • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies. • Develop marketing materials that enhance the buyer journey.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client or account-based marketing. • Strong understanding of marketing and analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma, and Wordpress. • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting client-focused messaging. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with sales or customer success teams. • Business fluent Spanish strongly desirable
