β’ 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service β’ Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β’ Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies β’ Time management and organizational skills β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
