β€’ The primary responsibility of the Business Development Representative is to help grow the client base through the management and execution of lead follow-up, cold prospecting, and sales. β€’ Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. β€’ Generate pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts by thoughtfully and creatively reaching out to engage target personas. β€’ Find creative ways to engage prospects and potential buyers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile. β€’ Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and internal Account Executives. β€’ Knowledgeably discuss our Associations products with potential clients (training provided).

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required β€’ Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing sales role, including at least 1 year in enterprise software sales β€’ At least 2 years of experience with CRM software β€’ Self-motivated, a quick learner, and competitive β€’ Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills β€’ Track record of achieving sales quotas β€’ Highly motivated, self-starter, results-driven, and goal-oriented β€’ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
