• LeadVenture is growing, looking for a Business Development Representative • Ignite and manage rapid revenue growth in dealer sales efforts • Fast paced with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume • Act as first source for sales and business development • Thrive in high-volume work environment • Full Sales Cycle Management and Client Rapport • Cold calling and Lead Generation, Overcome Objections

Requirements

• 2+ years proven track record of generating leads or related work experience preferred • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce • Lead generation/cold calling experience • Associates degree preferred (But not required) • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off to a Territory Manager • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
