📋 Description
• Own and refine the end-to-end lead-to-revenue process. • Ensure data flows seamlessly and accurately between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance. • Focus on process optimisation, CRM data integrity, workflow automation, and cross-functional alignment.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. • Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with Stripe integration advantageous. • Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting processes. • Understanding of marketing attribution systems and related data management. • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders. • Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
