β’ The Business Development Representative Level II is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines. β’ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs for the sales organization. β’ Focuses on the growth and enablement of partners by conducting outbound calls, following up on leads and pipeline opportunities, closing deals, profiling partner accounts, and expanding relationships beyond the main contact. β’ Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues. β’ Provide excellent customer service and support, serving as a primary point of contact for customer consultations. β’ Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth. β’ Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle. β’ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities. β’ Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive results.
β’ 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, with an post secondary degree in business, or related fields preferred; high school diploma required. β’ Strong understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology. β’ Willingness to travel as needed. β’ Ability to follow instructions, operate common office equipment, and perform accurate data entry. β’ Proficient in basic mathematical calculations and possesses complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, including formal presentations and negotiation abilities. β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and promote/sell ideas persuasively. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to task completion. β’ Adaptability to change and ability to perform well under pressure. β’ Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards with a commitment to confidentiality. β’ Skilled multitasker with strong relationship-building skills and empathy. β’ Comfortable with prolonged phone use and extended periods of immobility, standing, or walking. β’ Quick learner with proficiency in new systems and technology, including intermediate computer skills. β’ Willingness to work non-standard hours or overtime occasionally. β’ Able to work in a professional office or remote environment.
