• Regional responsibility for entire DDN Channel. • Optimize the DDN product reach/sales to all potential customers via Channel. • Collaborate closely with Channel partners to develop clear channel and market strategies aligned with DDN priorities. • Manage relationships with DDN Channel partners including the following: setting annual financial forecast, aligning financial goals, and ensuring alignment with policies and programs. • Execute quarterly business reviews with key channel partners. • Partner with the regional sales teams to develop and drive key programs that generate demand and optimize various team sales efforts. • Align with Sales Leadership to develop a financial bridge and prioritization structure that weighs business needs, impact, investment and resource capacity.
• Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent level of practical experience, technical competency. • Minimum of 10+ years of regional Sales and Marketing Management level experience working with/in Channel. • Managing employees and driving talent development. • Needs a professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding. • Needs a good understanding of technical applications and translation into collaborative selling experiences. • Demonstrated leadership skills to drive for results in a global matrix organization.
