β’ The goal of the VP of Sales role is to provide leadership, set strategy, oversee execution, and measure progress across Wholesale, Amazon, and Key Partnership opportunities. β’ This role also oversees sales forecasting to support strategic decision-making and financial goals of the company. β’ Collaborate with the CRO to outline clear strategies and annual goals across Wholesale, Amazon, and Key Partnerships. β’ Oversee and validate demand and revenue forecasting and modeling across Wholesale and Amazon to predict future sales. β’ Work cross-functionally to facilitate the Sales and Operations planning process. β’ Set and oversee execution of strategies that drive revenue and maximize brand awareness across various brands globally. β’ Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Creative leadership to maintain a communication strategy.
β’ BA in Business or related field (required) β’ 10+ years of experience in sales leadership (required) β’ 5+ years experience managing 8-figure revenue streams (required) β’ Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets (required) β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Sheets (required) β’ Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion β’ Ability to travel (estimated 3-4 times per year)
