Description
• Support the growth of income by managing commercial partnerships • Assist with day-to-day account management • Provide support to Partnership Directors and Vice President to strengthen relationships • Establish partner priorities and develop business strategies • Aggregate reporting and make recommendations based on analysis • Anticipate client needs and drive improvements • Work remotely but require travel of approximately 30%
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) • 2-3 years of relevant experience in benefits consulting, marketing, and/or channel operations • Demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience negotiating contracts within acceptable company parameters • Experience collaborating with customers and colleagues both internal and external • Project management experience
