Description

• Hire, train, develop and manage and coach Specialty Account Managers • Increase sales/productivity • Forecasting against budget • Maximize revenue by Specialty Account Managers to hit quarterly budgets • Weekly ride-along’s for coaching with Specialty Account Managers • Weekly staff meetings (phoning in is acceptable) • Establish strong account/HCP • Represent the organization at local, regional and national trade shows • Ensure goals and budgets are met • Ensure accurate T&E utilization by Key Account Managers • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 10 Specialty Account Managers • Provide input to regional and national sales meetings (content and objectives) • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all customers and coworkers. • Adheres to all policies and procedures TerSera Therapeutics. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven successful track record of consistent high performance • Demonstrates ability to lead and inspire a team towards meeting and exceeding objectives • Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, decision making and problem-solving skills • Organizational awareness • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
