Description

• Provide vision and leadership for Pacteon’s sales function across business units to drive revenue growth • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth goals • Manage major client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts • Identify and develop new customers • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to deliver revenue goals • Set appropriate sales metrics to ensure sales performance • Recruit, select, orient, train staff; enforce policies and procedures • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective marketing strategies • Report to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, business or engineering preferred • Additional advanced training in sales and marketing and financial practices desired • MBA preferred • Experience: • 5 years of management experience in a design-build equipment-manufacturing environment • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management • Skills: • Proficiency with MS Office applications • Negotiations, and sales closure, and the ability to train others in these skills • Communications, both oral and written, an ability to lead the narrative and be persuasive
