• WTWH Media is seeking an experienced B2B Media Sales Representative with measured success in developing new sales and managing existing accounts. • The position is responsible for driving revenue in the FRH product suite to develop a pipeline of new clients in each respective industry, field inbound inquiries and grow existing accounts. • This pivotal role will have a specific focus on growing the Franchise business in the FRH (Foodservice/Retail/Hospitality) Tower of the WTWH business, selling media packages to restaurant franchisors to attract potential franchisees. • This new hire would carry the mantle for this area of the business. • This position requires someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, energetic and demonstrates strong initiative and is an experience sales representative comfortable selling online advertising, custom content, webinars, newsletters, and lead generation products. • The sales process is relationship oriented with high level of accountability expected.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ work experience primarily in a B2B sales role, ideally in media and/or restaurant franchising • Hands on experience with CRM software • Advanced knowledge/expertise using MS office and/or Google Suite • Basic understanding of sales performance metrics • Strong professional references • Experience selling face-to-face at industry events and in client offices and working with direct clients and agencies to execute B2B media campaigns • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, sales or relevant field (preferred) • Strong negotiating skills and experience using a consultative, solution-based sales system • Committed to sales and revenue growth and responsibility for delivering exceptional service to clients • Strong judgement and high standards as a sales professional, including demonstrated strong sense of urgency and initiative • Ability to follow processes and procedures • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organized approach to tasks and record-keeping • Professionalism in personality, appearance, and work product • Ability to set goals and execute to meet deadlines while maintaining integrity in the process • Positive attitude, ability to quickly build rapport with clients and team members • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in outbound phone sales • Proven ability to work independently/individually and to work on small teams • Quick learner and ability to adapt in a fast paced, growing environment
