• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned key accounts; • Building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-Suite executives, sustainability leaders, and procurement teams; • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' sustainability objectives, challenges, and pain points; • Presenting our portfolio of sustainability services, including carbon credit trading, SAAS solutions for measuring environmental footprints, and trade settlement platforms, effectively articulating value propositions and differentiators; • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences; • Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments in sustainability to anticipate client needs and position our offerings effectively.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 10 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales. • Deep understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and emerging trends in corporate sustainability. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
