β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. β’ 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role. β’ Proven success in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive significant business growth. β’ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email, and advertising. β’ Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. β’ Excellent leadership abilities, with experience building high-performing marketing teams. β’ Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. β’ Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
