β€’ Develop and Execute Global Enterprise Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy tailored to our Workplace needs, focusing on increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. β€’ Campaign Optimization: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and public relations. β€’ Data Analysis and Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to enhance results and guide strategic decisions. β€’ Team Leadership and Mentorship: Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and provide guidance and support to team members. β€’ Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and support sales efforts effectively. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product leadership teams to create impactful messaging and positioning for SaaS products and services. β€’ Performance Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing analytics frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Provide stakeholders with regular performance reports and insights into marketing ROI. β€’ Budget Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Ops to develop and manage the marketing budget, allocate resources for optimal impact, and ensure budget compliance. β€’ Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate marketing strategies, initiatives, and outcomes to executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, presenting marketing plans and progress clearly.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role. β€’ Proven success in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive significant business growth. β€’ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email, and advertising. β€’ Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. β€’ Excellent leadership abilities, with experience building high-performing marketing teams. β€’ Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
