• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead our Strategic sales team, Community sales team, pharmacy hub sales, and inventory management sales. • Develop strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution of plans to drive significant growth and achieve revenue targets. • Provide leadership in setting sales team priorities, schedules, training, and coaching. • Lead and manage a team of sales directors, providing mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively engage customers and close deals. • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive repeat business and referrals. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
• BA or BS degree with relevant business experience. • 5+ years of management or sales experience with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the healthcare industry. • Deep understanding of the 340B drug purchasing program and its regulations is preferred. • Experience working in a goal-oriented, quarterly focused and dynamic environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in sales enablement and coaching. • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Proficient in utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM and suite of MS products.
