• High School Diploma required • Valid local state Agent Health and Life Insurance license is required • Strong Microsoft suites skills, fluent in Outlook, Excel & Word • Strong social media platform skills • Proven sales performance and growth mindset • Strong business planning skills and ability to present business plans to leadership • Strong ability to train others on sales process, tools and tech, Cigna products • Strong presentation skills and ability to present to a group or individual setting • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written and active listening skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong relationship building skills • Strong working knowledge of the sales process and driving sales performance • Ability to collaborate well both internally and externally to support achievement of market objectives • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change • Knowledge of systems and technology and proficient with data analytics • Knowledge of marketing strategy, value proposition and senior market • Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and procedures • Customer features, benefits and Medicare & Medicaid knowledge preferred • Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, proactive thinker, and innovative
