Description

β€’ Manage a disciplined account engagement process with goals, strategies, and tactics. β€’ Develop deep customer relationships to facilitate knowledge of customer objectives. β€’ Assume role of trusted strategic consultative partner. β€’ Articulate a consistent delivery of CIGNA's value proposition. β€’ Drive results for customers and for CIGNA. β€’ Execute successful end-to-end sales process. β€’ Exemplify internal and external leadership. β€’ Manage a client base consisting of no less than one and no more than three clients.

Requirements

β€’ Proficient knowledge (min 5) in healthcare / managed care business including product knowledge, underwriting, risk and financial analysis skills, marketing processes, sales practices, account management and knowledge of administrative operations. β€’ Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. β€’ Successful track record as a leader, administrator, negotiator, and salesperson. β€’ Strong persuasion skills and effective communicator; excellent relationship-building skills. β€’ Demonstrated planning/organizational skills; ability to plan for both long and short term. β€’ Customer focus - ability to meet customer expectations. β€’ Effective speaking and communication skills; demonstrated presentation skills.
