Description

β€’ Support IFP programs as a Sales Operations Lead Analyst. β€’ Partner with sales and distribution teams to ensure broker needs are met. β€’ Serve as a liaison to operations and various partners. β€’ Coordinate project tasks and document inquiries and tickets. β€’ Adaptable and resourceful, ensuring project priorities align with business needs.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS in business, communications, health care, or proven related experience. β€’ 5+ years knowledge of the health insurance industry, regulations, and rules. β€’ Experience identifying support gaps, obtaining solutions, and effectively implementing change. β€’ Strength in gaining consensus across internal partnerships. β€’ Ability to work within a complex and rapidly changing regulatory environment. β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and Microsoft Office skills. β€’ Ability to work independently including strong organizational and time management skills. β€’ Experience with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. β€’ Experience participating in technology projects. β€’ Experience working with ticketing systems and CRM. β€’ Experience working with Broker Relations functions including commissions, technology access, and process support.
