• The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in advancing organizational performance by partnering closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people and organizational strategies that align with business goals. • This individual will leverage expertise in human capital management, organizational design, and change leadership to drive initiatives that enable short- and long-term business success. • This position will ensure the delivery of scalable and effective HR solutions that prioritize excellence, client care, integrity, and partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on strategy, talent management, change leadership, and organizational planning. • Experience working in complex, dynamic environments with the demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and provide consultative support. • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. • Proven track record as a change agent, successfully driving improvement and growth initiatives while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. • Demonstrated experience coaching leaders to enhance team performance, communication, and leadership capabilities.
