📋 Description

• Lead Theoria’s business development strategy, execution, and revenue growth. • Directly manage VPs of Business Development, Regional BD Directors, BD Managers, and BD Associates. • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy that supports Theoria’s 3/5/10-year revenue growth goals. • Ensure Theoria expands its footprint in post-acute partnerships. • Enforce strict sales KPIs and implement weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development leadership, with a proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments. • Experience in healthcare, SNFs, post-acute, ACOs, or value-based care preferred, but open to high-growth healthcare SaaS or tech-enabled services backgrounds. • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale a BD team in a hypergrowth setting. • High-energy, hands-on leader who thrives in a meritocratic, performance-driven environment. • Proven ability to enforce strict accountability and build a culture of high-performance execution. • Expertise in CRM systems and AI-driven sales optimization tools. • Analytical thinker with a track record of data-driven decision-making in BD strategy and execution. • Strong ability to influence and drive sales execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000 - $350,000 (commensurate with experience). • Aggressive, performance-based bonuses tied to revenue milestones. • Multi-year retention bonuses available to reward long-term contributions. • Full benefits package (healthcare, 401(k), etc.).
