• Developing new business and acquiring new accounts • Establishing relationships with new account prospects • Leading & managing recruiters on recruiting techniques • Maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities • Documentation such as recording all sales activity in CRM
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience • A proven track record of sales • Seven plus years of experience in business development specific to life sciences, lab support, R&D, diagnostics, genetics, and bio-manufacturing workforce solutions
