• Secure and retain business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities. • Position AES as a primary or preferred provider, qualify deals and develop proposals. • Serve as primary contact/support contact until work is sold, then coordinate and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in science or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job. • 5+ years' industry sales experience, ideally within life sciences/pharma/CRO. • Sales experience and track record of proactively selling with urgency and persistence. • The ability to identify and develop sales leads, professionally present capabilities, manage the sales process through to close and handle aspects of contract negotiations. • Scientific and/or sales and marketing background.
