Description

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policy-related matters • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Ensure consistent application and interpretation of HR policies across the organization • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and make necessary updates to policies and practices • Oversee all HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. • Lead organizational change initiatives in partnership with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum alignment with strategic goals. • Develop and implement scalable HR processes that support the organization’s growth and operational efficiency. • Develop and enforce a DEIB strategy that aligns with the organization’s broader goals, ensuring that diversity initiatives support our mission while maintaining a focus on results. • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that our organizational values are consistently reflected in People Ops practices and the broader culture. • Lead and manage the recruitment strategy to ensure the organization is staffed with top talent, capable of driving strategic priorities. • Develop and implement talent retention strategies that address key risks and align with the organization’s long-term goals. • Iterate on and oversee a robust Learning & Development program that prepares leaders and employees to meet the organization’s evolving needs. • Establish and enforce management and leadership coaching programs that drive high performance and accountability at all levels.

Requirements
