• Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our EHR, clinical tooling, and pharmacy operations. • Team Management and Development: Oversee a team of Product Managers and ICs. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical, design, marketing, sales, and support teams. • Customer-Centric Design: Incorporate user feedback and market research into product development. • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape. • Operational Excellence: Ensure product development processes are efficient and scalable. • Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure our products comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare technology or EHR space. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science). MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including EHR systems, clinical workflows, and pharmacy operations. Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) and standards. • Personality Traits: Visionary with a passion for healthcare innovation. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic leader who values diversity and inclusion.
