• Deliver exceptional 6-star service to customers via email • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and analyze trends for improvement • Build brand loyalty and drive revenue by staying knowledgeable about products and policies • Track order statuses and resolve service issues
Requirements
• Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, account management, or a similar service role • Strong communication skills with an inquisitive nature • Proficiency in working cross-functionally • Familiarity with Shopify and Gladly is a plus
