Description

• Advises clients on the organization's prioritized products and capabilities. • Serves as the primary point of engagement with manager research and firm discretionary teams. • Identifies near term opportunities related to sponsor’s lineup. • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with key decision makers. • Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level account managers. • Travel expected to be 20-50% or as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a business development role for an asset manager or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of experience working with professional buyers preferred. • FINRA Series 7 & 63 (or combination of 63 & 65) to be obtained within 90 days of hire. • Bachelor's degree; CFA or CAIA preferred. • A strong combination of sales and analytical skills. • Significant knowledge of financial markets and investment discipline. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to profile clients. • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
