β€’ Lead and drive the growth of ETFs on our platform. β€’ Develop and execute the strategic direction of the sales team. β€’ Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. β€’ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in ETF sales, distribution, or a related field within the financial services industry. β€’ Proven track record of leading and developing successful Asset Management sales teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. β€’ Deep understanding of the ETF market, including regulatory frameworks, product structures, and distribution networks. β€’ Strong network of contacts within the financial advisory, broker-dealer, and institutional investor communities. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients. β€’ Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. β€’ Ability to thrive in a remote-first, dynamic environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
