β’ Manage a sales team of direct reports. β’ Manage channel partner relationships in region. β’ Execute year over year growth in region.
β’ 3-5 years of consultative outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. β’ Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility, telecom and/or municipal fleets is a plus). β’ Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. β’ Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus. β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. β’ Excellent written and oral communication skills. β’ Strong time and project management skills. β’ Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel. β’ Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
