Description

β€’ Recruit, coach, and lead a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives. β€’ Design and evolve a data-driven, scalable outbound strategy. β€’ Equip team members with sales, product/service, and industry expertise through ongoing development. β€’ Inspire the team through innovative incentives and motivational programs. β€’ Regularly analyze and report on team and individual performance metrics. β€’ Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity. β€’ Act as the subject matter expert and coach team members on how to use prospecting tools.

Requirements

β€’ 6+ years in B2B Software and/or Business Services sales as an IC & Manager. β€’ 2+ years using Salesforce reporting and coaching to CRM hygiene. β€’ Proven track record of success in a BDR Manager role. β€’ Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor. β€’ Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs. β€’ Experience in the advertising, ecommerce, or agency space is a huge plus.
