Description

• Recruit, coach, and lead a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives. • Design and evolve a data-driven, scalable outbound strategy. • Equip team members with sales, product/service, and industry expertise through ongoing development. • Inspire the team through innovative incentives and motivational programs. • Regularly analyze and report on team and individual performance metrics. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity. • Act as the subject matter expert and coach team members on how to use prospecting tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B Software and/or Business Services sales as an IC & Manager. • 2+ years using Salesforce reporting and coaching to CRM hygiene. • Proven track record of success in a BDR Manager role. • Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor. • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs. • Experience in the advertising, ecommerce, or agency space is a huge plus.
