Description

β€’ As an Account Executive at Tive, you will prospect and close new business opportunities while expanding strategic customers within a territory. β€’ You will maintain a qualified pipeline and prospect daily for opportunities. β€’ Ensure information is managed within Salesforce, including activities and updates. β€’ Forecast weekly business by properly staging opportunities. β€’ Develop relationships with strategic customers for growth and referrals. β€’ Work cross-functionally to build and execute Go-to-Market strategies.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of full-cycle (prospecting to close) sales experience with B2B. β€’ A strong hunter mentality, ability to develop 100% of pipeline via outbound lead generation. β€’ Supply chain & logistics sales experience - heavily preferred. β€’ Evidence of top-tier attainment performance in past roles. β€’ A demonstrable track record of success in developing your own qualified pipeline through cold calling and prospecting. β€’ Success running an enterprise sales process in a complex sales cycle. β€’ Experience with an enterprise grade sales methodology (Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger, Value Selling, Force Management, MEDDPICC, etc) strongly preferred. β€’ The ability to navigate and work with multiple stakeholders. β€’ High motivation and resilience in a very fast-paced environment. β€’ Comfortable working in an environment where change is constant. β€’ Organized and a self-starter.
