Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma/GED (Required) β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required) β€’ 5+ years' experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) (Required) β€’ 7 years business sales experience with an established track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required) β€’ Enterprise Sales: Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level. (Required) β€’ Strategic Account Planning: Demonstration of their contribution in account planning and execution of those plans' efforts (Required) β€’ Account Management: Effective at managing account relationships, financial outcomes (reducing churn, additional of GAs, etc.), neutralizing detractors and managing multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycle. (Required) β€’ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. (Required) β€’ Prospecting: Ability to assess potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on leads with the highest likelihood of conversion. (Required) β€’ Business Development: Demonstration of the ability to identify and create new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships to drive long-term growth and success (Required) β€’ Negotiation: Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required) β€’ Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles). (Required) β€’ Building Relationships: Strong networking skills and track record of success in leveraging connections. (Required)
