(Required) β’ Strategic Account Planning: Demonstration of their contribution in account planning and execution of those plans' efforts (Required) β’ Account Management: Effective at managing account relationships, financial outcomes (reducing churn, additional of GAs, etc.), neutralizing detractors and managing multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycle. (Required) β’ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. (Required) β’ Prospecting: Ability to assess potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on leads with the highest likelihood of conversion. (Required) β’ Business Development: Demonstration of the ability to identify and create new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships to drive long-term growth and success (Required) β’ Negotiation: Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required) β’ Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).
