Description
• Establishment and expansion of Topcon’s paving business. • Focuses on 3D solutions for milling and paving. • Acquisition of new distributors and service providers. • Supporting sales through existing distributors. • Responsible for maximizing sales of the paving portfolio. • Creating and supporting events for stakeholders. • Get in contact with tendering authorities.
Requirements
• Civil engineer or similar • 5+ years' experience in paving and construction business • Salesmen with a technical understanding • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Affinity for digitization • Ability of building trusted long-term professional relationships • A basic know-how for survey will be an advantage • Able to present in front of deciders in local and English language. • Willingness working in a virtual team • Good skills at MS-Office • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce / SAP) • Driving license (car)
